Its really hard to tell without messing with the cruise fuel. Problem with larger injectors is less resolution in the lower rpms that is needed for such a large amount of fuel flow. I would think that bumping the fuel pressure up wouldnt be a good idea since you would need even smaller opening times for those injectors.
Really though see what you can do with them. When I was running the rc1000 and e85, I wouldnt get much better than 15mpg.
