Yea I kno they are obd1 but I would like the years to match.i got a 93 Nx that's boosted so I wanna find a 93 Ecu. I thought there was slight differences between the 2. If it is compatible then I can go to the yard now and pull one

I think you will run into issues once you get into the 94 model years as there is a time when they transferred over to the 95 style ecus. Most (if not all) OBD 1 style ecus between 91-93 will work just fine. No need to match up years.

If you look on Nismotronic's website, it lists ALL the ecus which are compatible
I am currently using a 91 SE-R ecu in a 98................

Don't take this the wrong way Jen, but at $550 for the NEMU package it is a STEAL of a deal (I see you posted a wanted post)! I do not know anyone's money situation, so I cannot comment on it.

If you are trying to do this on the cheap, you may run into issues...........Not many people are willing to give up their NEMU since JOHN is always coming out with updates and is easily accessible. It's going to become with more difficult once John introduces the SA version with the MAP/IAT and Alpha N tuning capabilities as that will keep most user happy and be compatible to the AEM for half the cost. You may end up looking for a used NEMU setup for MONTHS!

Just my 2 cents

I'll delve into my stash of ECUS at home and see if I come up with a OBD1 you can use. It may help to offset some of your cost once you sell the Basic Board

Thanks ^ the wanted post was more for the calum real time but I'm not holding my breath. The last one sold was last year December for 350. Do they are out there. Just a shot in the dark. Also I'm not persay trying to be CHEAP as I'm showing interest in the nemu system. But if there's someone out there with a used one calum or nemu it does not hurt to try and see. I know it's a steal with everything you can do. I'm noooo expert by all means when it comes to tunning. I usually let another forum member handle that. I just want it to be done easier then burning chips.

I like this idea. Drive up and let him tune it and be done.

Sorry about the late response, but I figure I can chime in a bit here.

The $550 does include installation into a customer supplied ECU and also includes a basetune and shipping back to you. It is easier if you can provide me with an ECU from ANY 91-93.5 G20/NX2000/B13.. it can be auto or manual.

The years do not matter as long as it fits those ranges, plus the AUTO ECUs have more inputs for use with the SA system!

If there is anything else I can help you with, just shoot me a PM.
