Absolutely. The setup needs to be in great mechanical order before this will work effectively.
There will be a check list provided to the customer before we will proceed with doing this. I actually have been a big "anti-eTune" guy in the past, but I have had a lot of requests for helping to set the software up and get people on the right track.
This is why I am not offering it for anything but the products that I sell at this time. I tune on a dyno on a daily basis and completely understand the need for attention to detail and the types of things the normal person can overlook.
And yes, I do like the explanation point.. just be lucky some of this isn't in all caps
