keep it stock, don't go aftermarket. if you replace, use oem parts only. full concourse cars are rare these days.

Please undercoat the crap outta the rear tubs and undercarriage. Save that baby from future doom.

Undercoating is annoying and when you have to get to parts to work on the car, it is a bitch. Also, if not performed perfectly, any void that will allow outside stuff through a crack will drive the ever-lasting hell out of you and most likely cause instant regret. Execution is always important, as usual.

A friend of mine used what I think was used engine oil and diesel fuel mixed together. Used in a pump-spray application (like insect repellent or weed killer) Spray underneath of a car, the mixture sticks to metal, avoids salt and water because the mixture is thick oil. And when you want to work on the car, use some de-greaser to unveil your super clean parts to easily work on. Re-apply the mixture after done your work.

Thanks to Owen for showing my Dad and I that awesome trick. Works up here in Saltsylvania, The Salt Capital of the United States during winter months.
