Looks supper clean. . So its just fiberglass? For the back console I could just use sheet metal? Or light wood.and coat it in fiberglass?

you can use any material like wood, steel ,cardboard, poliuretane foam to make a model over your oem console, shape it util you like the correct shape and until you see is full smooth and straight as you want

then cover it with tape or bondo and applies the nonstick wax and took the mold with fiberglass then do the piece with your new mold and you will get one whole full fiberglass piece

thats the right way to do fiberglass , many people make kik panels or pieces just with wood , then fiberglass and then they get a row surface and they cover and smoot with bondo

oh i almost forget

if you chose polystyrene instead of poliuretane you will need a special coat before you aplies fiberglass because polystyrene gets burn when you applies fiberglass resin
