What will be noticeable and using what method? I am sorry but I seeing that as being vague.

After unhooking the tps & rev'ing etc, will it be obvious the car entered timing mode?

If you have a timing light and did the procedure correctly and all conditions are met, yes.

Quick question. Are those timing marks on page 1 the same for all sr20's (de,det,ve,vet)?

For stock pullies, as far as I know, yes.

Should be fairly similar. My Roller Rocker P11 doesn't have the white line. I just set it close to the last line to get 19*.

Do i rev to 3k exactly? (do i need to hold it there? or will passing 3k mess up the procedure)

b/c when i tried it, i got 20 degrees (last mark) and i have a jwt ecu.

Just blip the throttle to get up to 3000 and let back off immediately. one, two, three, clap your heels, spin around and your almost there!

If you have a JWT ECU, you need to tell us what your idle RPM is at when the car is running.

It is either 15* or 25*. 15* is a stock idle and 25* is an idle that will sit between 1080-1110 RPM.

My specific JWT has the 25* base idle ignition timing and I cannot use the rain dance method of getting into timing mode easily. I use a consult cable and nissan datascan for this or a nissan consult II unit.

You should be able to get into timing mode if your base idle is at 15*
