I'm being sarcastic about how you're being a dick to people who can't afford it or don't want the headache of a $650 car that doesn't run and has god-knows-what else wrong with it....

Not being a dick, i was infering that this is a good deal. Lighten up guy, sheesh lol.

Stratton.

It is not rust free. The right rear shock tower is rsuted well with a decent sized hole...I said that in my first thread about this car.

Did that guy tell you how I fucking taught him everything about these cars, if he was listening to me the whole time that is.

Yes I did take off the rear panel so I could pull the carpet back to see the shock tower. I told him it was rusted and this would be more money I would need to spend on a chance to get a car running.

Yep, that maroon Frontier is my Dad's truck. I told him I liked older 90's style Nissan coupes and I wanted to add to my collection. Maybe they thought I was rich or something? I am certainly not stupid. We looked at it for about one half hour, remove three screws in the rear to see the tower and took pictures. The guy never objected once to any of this or I would have stopped doing so. I am not buying something without checking out EVERYTHING i would be getting into a car that would definitely need a new windshield, engine, and front tires to think about being drive able in the commonwealth of PA.

They do not want to budge on the price and god bless 'em for that. Let 'em do whatever the hell they want with that fucking car. That guy said to me he did not know anything about engines and wanted to get rid of it. Never said anything about a desire to fix it. Let Stratton come down to NY and scoop it up and have a field day with it. More power to whoever buys the thing.

It has not moved in over two years. Any number of things could be seized together. I will say that the suspension felt very nice of all things when I rocked on all four corners.

I bet all this publicity that has been stirred up for them makes them even more firm on the price or they may even raise it since we are asking them about it and going out and seeing it. But, dammit, I hope that the fact that none of us went home with it are telling them something else....maybe the guy has attachment issues?

On an NX rust is common, on a car with a leaking trunk. This one definitely sealed properly. The interior is very nice. The rear looks brand new, just with dust on it. So does the carpet. Looks like not a soul sat in the rear. Kinda creepy. I think this rust from the wheel well and just bleed through to the inside.
