idk i was never a fan of them but they are growing on me

most ppl love em i didnt want the whole kit i just used em to cover up the side rockers a lil

i like how the car looks satin black but im not really feeling how they did the clear. it looks like they used regular clear coat but kinda "splatterd" it on so it wouldn't be glossy. they do make clear coats with a satin finish and the end result is FLAWLESS. there's also a body shop on conally rd behind jones junction that did a flat paint job on a 70's rapist van and an H2 hummer and it is perfect. i also know alot of people use the flat black john deer paint and spray it on with AMAZING results. im pretty sure the john deer paint is epoxy based so it stupid strong.




for some people thinking about doing a satin job. you could also use rustolium satin black in a can, thin it out, and spray it on with an HVLP paint gun.

i was ganna do the can but for the price he offered and todo body work couldnt turn it down it was his first flk blk job hes done acouple more now hes surpised how many ppl want it..
