MD Emissions - v.2 or something
Okay MD boys, I'll be in your neck of the woods within the next two weeks! 
Now I need an UPDATE to emissions/safety inspections for MD.
Friend of mine that works on APG recently came up to NJ while TDY, and I had asked him how his inspections and such went on his truck and bimmer.
He tells me that they didn't do OBD2 testing on his bimmer?! IIRC he has an 03 or 04 3 series, and that's obviously an OBD2 car. He said that the only thing they did was a two speed idle test or something like that, (the tailpipe sniffer test). I need to know for sure if this is all they're doing now. If they're not scanning for codes on the ECU anymore, I don't need to worry about having a particular ECU that can defeat these codes via firmware.
