The OEM VLSD units interchange between the two series so what are you suggesting?

I'm not suggesting anything. I was asking a question.
I got my answer.

Exactly, but it seems even the 32a will have this problem, according to TheSam...

If the quaife is interchangeble between the 32a and 70a, the mfactory should also, or should require small work...

At least i tought soo, i tought it was required since i´m dropping it on a 70A, let´s see other people experiences...

shouldnt require any work. If the stock ring bolt doesnt fit the mfactory diff they should be rectifying that.

Quaife into a 32a

Removed and into a 70a

After checking the oem 32A sample that we have, I can confirm that it is indeed M12 bolts, so I'm not sure why some of you had M10? (The 32V is M10)

I had m10 bolts, really don´t know why, and it´s not that big of a problem... it´s easy to solve i accept the trouble since i´m putting it on a box it was not intended for...

I´m sharing this info for all EU/US guys that might want to do the same, and drop it on a 70A.

The gearbox is now closed, and the diff runs freely, all seems nice and tight, let´s see if the driveshafts go without trouble...

This clearence during the assembly made me worry a bit, but it´s fine...

Hope to put the gearbox in the car in the following weeks, can´t wait...

A bit of advice... please don´t go "full race mode" out imediatly after mounting it... it completly transforms the car and will catch you by surprise... handling wise mainly... take time to learn the new "quircks" of the car... it´s violent on your arms, and pulls you to the inside of the curves, also bracking hard while on gear is diferent...

Traction is way better but i have too much power, too narrow tyres, so it still defeats the LSD, but it feels stronger and safer and inspires much more confidence...

I´m on my 5º day runing it and still learning to drive the car again on the limit.

Despite that bolt size issue it works perfectly on the 70A.
