Find yourself a big f*cken container or jug....and add....
2-3 cups of frozen mixed fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries) Heavy on the blueberries!
1/4 or 1/2 banana
1 cup of fresh baby spinach
1/3 - 1/4 cup probiotic or regular yogurt (I prefer blueberry)
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce (optional)
BLEND!
then add...
1/4 cup pure pineapple juice or unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup ground oatmeal (use coffee grinder to turn into powder form)
1 large scoop of your favourite protein powder (strawberry, vanilla, chocolate)
1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut milk (can use skim or other milk as well)
BLEND and spend the next 10-20 minutes enjoying this high comp. beverage/meal!
(Add water to taste, if desired) (Measurements are approximations as I usually just eyeball the ingredient amounts)
