The may be a lose connection for the fuse. I had the problem on 3 of my NXs in the past. All were caused by the fuse block connection. The best solution was for me to tap into a main power going to the fuse block. Then an inline fuse that tapped into the radio power. This fixed the dome light and radio. Just my 2 cents.
