Definitely not the fuel pump, I pulled the relay and the fuse and it's still there. Car has a JWT upgraded ECU. Maybe something to do with that?

I recently had to install a new battery as the 8 year old Interstate suddenly dropped dead. Today I noticed my interference issue is 90+% gone. I had suspected from the begining it was a ground issue, but this has me stumped. I've had the battery cables off a couple times and I keep them spotless, so the only thing that has changed is the battery itself. I've never heard of a battery causing interference, so maybe I disturbed the ground cable if that's where the issue was/is?
It still persists a little so I may try a nice, new battery ground cable.
