super bright led cluster ?
so i followed vadims how to and decided to upgrade my b14 cluster and hvac to the led's from super bright led site. I ordered the exact ones i needed as he listed in cool white for both and when i was finished, they where no where as bright as they should be like on his thread. His where like glowing and mine just seem a tad brighter than stock. Im thinking either the cluster might be bad or maybe a bad dimmer switch?

this picture was from his how to. I have the exact same bulb as he listed to order. Kinda confused? Mine are no where as bright

My order

Qty | Product / Options | Price/ea |
============================================================
2 | 74-x: Wedge Base LED bulb | $ 1.19 |
74-W: Cool White
------------------------------------------------------------
4 | WLED-x5: 5 LED Wide Angle Wedge Base Bulb| $ 3.94 |
WLED-CW5: Cool White
------------------------------------------------------------
1 | 3022-x4: 4 LED Festoon Bulb | $ 2.84 |
3022-CW4: Cool White
------------------------------------------------------------

note the cluster bulbs where 2.99 each but was a little extra for cool white

They really aren't that bright. I've done the WLED-5 blue bulbs from Superbrightleds. In 2 b13 sers now. They were a great improvement, but really not that bright...

it because you chose blue. blue = less light output and more color i sold many in white in 194 and probably bought the wled x5 which are not the brightest.

you really need to buy the WLED-xHP5 like i sell it alot brighter.

S132nr if you are that disappointed in the brightness you should get this WLED-xLX: 1 Watt LED T10 Wedge Base bulb
