Thought i'd post up here again and say thanks to Serban for setting us up for these.

By the way, is there an installation instructions or tips for pressing the old ones out and pressing these in? Searched here, will go have a look on the other forum and see if there is a writeup.

You're welcome. And yes, it was you crazy guys down there that bought out the last 10 I had hehe.

As for pressing out the old ones, the method I've found that works best is taking a sawzall or dremel and cutting the metal lip from the stock insert. Then using a screwdriver and hammer to hammer it out. Once thats out, just use a press to press in the Prothanes.
