noise go away when the a/c is turned On
hello, greetings to everyone.
Since the last rain day, there is a noise , like something doing friction. It is audible all the time, except when I turn on the A/C.
I think that is the a/c clutch or something like that. but I dont know. Well here are some videos.

Chances are if the noice stops when the ac is on then it's your clutch, just grab a used compressor off the forum. I couldnt really hear it with that video though.

Don't wait too long. Mine did the same thing then one day the noise was constant. That night the compressor siezed on the hiway. The belt exploded and I had to limp it home. Luckily I was only a mile from home. If you can't find a compressor then at least grab an AC delete belt.

The bolts holding the A/C clutch on has probably come loose. If you're quick and didn't drive it too much you might be able to tighten it and be all set. Otherwise it will back out more and more until the threads and the splines are messed up, then the nut falls off and then the clutch falls off. Your best bet is also to keep the A/C on at all times to keep the clutch seated so it doesn't do the damage I described.

This happened on my aunt's VW jetta so I'm pretty familiar with the issue. Right now all you may need to to tighten the nut. Let this continue and you'll be buying a new compressor.

it might be your water pump.. my turbo b13 did the same noise when i put the jdm motor.. it was quiet then it started doing that.. the bearing is about to take a dump... might be the pump.. but sounds more like compressor.
