....and this.

Uber-clean, OEM-correct looks with minor personal touches (nothing flashy, ever). High 13's out of an OEM-reliable bolt-on-tuned VE is plenty fast for me. Full upgraded interior with stereo, cold-ass AC, and a Chriscar-gauge-cluster. No squeaks, rattles, or groans out of my chassis or suspension. A "BMW-M" like suspension (current Cobalt SS) that is comfortable, firm and planted on the street, yet works very, very well on the track (if slightly "compromised" for dual duty - CSK/Hyperco base for me). Brakes that will not fade on the track, but don't have to be a 1,000 degrees, noisy and dusty to work OEM-like on the street.

All performance parameters significantly upgraded, with zero degradation of OEM-reliability and daily-driver functionality.

I'm sloooowly getting there.

.....I have 2 cars because I feel like my "goals" might be mutually exclusive in our aging chassis.

White B13 - A car I could tolerate in town, but, mainly for having a blast autocrossing, HPDE, or Hillclimbing, and not worrying too much about it. Nothing incredible for power, just, enough to make sense for a FWD EMod car, that I can drive there, swap tires/brakes, run, then swap and drive home. RM/AGX with sways makes a tough ride sometimes, but, it sure does handle like hell. Maybe even a T25 later....

Black B13 - Drive every day, in comfort, with good looks, and enough pickup to keep me from wanting to screw with anything. JWT 100shot programmed, original Greddy SP, with leather interior, Tsurus, clean body/paint, working sunroof, cruise, component stereo, and air conditioning - ride on AGX/HC gen2. Growls if poked, but comfortable and constrained.

If I raced the DD, I'd hold a bunch back and probably be even more uncompetetive; if I DD'd the white car, I'd be begging for A/C, cruise, and a quieter, softer ride constantly.

Is this unreasonable? Lol....

Well I've always been in love with naturally aspirated nissans. In my country Jamaica, the claim is sr20's are worthless without boost. Had a bolted on De than ran 15.3 1/4 mile all day... Then I got a VE. Btw I own a n14 gti pulsar.

So my goal was to have the fastest local ve record and in January my bolt on ve ran 13.1 seconds on d 1/4 and broke the previous n/a Nissan record of 13.6.
So now my goal is a low 12 second pass with a fiberglass hatch and a built setup on race gas.
The setup will be more or less bolt on's high compression custom intake and exhaust manifolds.

And fabricating all these parts makes n/a Nissan so fullfilling... It aint about just buying everything off the shelf

Oh and eventually I wanna go track racing... Eventually
