Ive been talking with Louis, Joe. So i may be throwing my hat in for ya here soon. Just gota throw around some ideas with Lou first and then calum...we will see. But likely Ill be helping ya in some fashion. Probably more on the tech side of things, ive had an idea ive talked with Louie about that i think will be awesome....but we will see

Indeed. Im somewhat local...

Help includes:
drafting letters and calling potential sponsors
organizing the raffle
organizing the picnic
tracking registrants
making badges for attendees
putting together attendee packages
staffing the counter at registration
etc,etc,etc

It is getting to where I need to delegate some of these tasks so we can stay on our timeline

I can help. Just let me know.

Since I will probably be carpooling with Rodney I will either:
1) Do what Rodney is doing or
2) Help at the booth
