Sr and Ga guys Info needed

Ok my friend got a hell of a deal it is a B13 E. It has a blown motor.He wants it for a gas saver. Now my question is........... Are all the B13's non SR of course come with the same GA16DE? X.......XE........ and the SE.

Can we swap any GA16DE's into the X model?

my auto ga made 80whp lol
but it got close to 40mpg
