Yep, it's tight in there.
Only takes a scrape here or there on a speed bump to totally screw your motor especially when you're on coilovers. My honest suggestion is if you are mechanically inclined (and it's likely you are, since you are on this forum) - is to grab a VE motor. It will cost you less time and headaches than to rebuild the DE. IF you have a garage and another car of course.
@Chris101 has tutorials on the entire swap on this and the other forum. AND you have B13. It's much easier in one of those than the B14 etc, it will take more time but well worth it.
Or if you want a semi-direct swap get a JDM 10:1 SR20DE. Factory rated 150HP.
