Running on 3, smoke, dumping gas everywhere
B13 SE-R.

I was driving the first time this happened - power cut out, white smoke from the tailpipe, fuel sputtering from a leak at the exhaust manifold, and running on three cylinders. I drove home and fiddled with it the next morning, where out of nowhere it started running on four again, but still pouring smoke out the tailpipe. I tried again the following morning, and it ran perfectly with no smoke. A few days later, I started the car to leave work and it's doing the same thing.

Compression is ~170 across. Any ideas? Stuck injector?

How many miles on the clock?

If you get it to run on 3 again;

You can disconnect the power to injectors, and verify which one causing the roughness & smoking. Also listen if the RPMs drop evenly when disconnecting them one by one.

Check your upper and lower fuel injector orings.

Cylinder #4, 403,000 miles. I'll check the orings, thanks!

400k? nice! must not be the original engine lol

but yeah sounds like a stuck injector or torn o-ring
the smoke pouring out is from unburnt fuel an will eventually clear out, hopefully your cat converter dont melt..

Isn't white smoke out of the tailpipe usually a blown head gasket?

it can be... but a shit ton of raw fuel will do it also.. he did mention fuel coming out of a leak @ the exhaust manifold..

Original engine, probably original injectors.

I pulled the #4 injector, it's at 11 ohms but doesn't click when I power it, and I can blow through it.

New one ordered. Thanks all!

I've had it eight years, but only put 50,000 miles on it. The previous owner put most the miles on it, and changed the oil frequently.
