Thread: ECCS Relay Issue

IIRC, the ECCS relay is the relay on the engine harness that comes into the car right before the ECU plug. well, while i was rewiring my car, i think something shorted or something happened with the ECCS relay because when i turned the key from the ON position to the ACC position, i heard a vibrating noise, which turned out to be that relay. now, when i try to start the car, it will only turn over 1/3 tries. also, none of the dash warning lights are working except for the battery one. i've checked all the fuses including the "electronics" and "ignition" and "meter" fuses. my RPM does not work either.
