thought second only went up to bout 60

My B13 2nd gear tops out at 62 MPH (as most Nissan's since they are a part of the 60 MPH 2nd gear conspiracy).

****, my 78 and 83 280Z(X)'s did the same...
It's so that they get nice 0-60 MPH times for the mags.

I agree with both of you. I was merely giving an example based on his information, and the information I provided him with. If he goes to the judge and shows his gear ratios, and that in 5th gear his car "supposedly" is capable of 182mph, I really don't think the judge is going to let him off.

Plus how's he going to prove he was in second?
