if I cut my signal wire and jump it right to the battery with the key on I should get spark right?? cuz im not getting any at all. new coil, plugs, plug wires, and the dizzy worked before I took the motor out
Oh boy. You didn't do that did you? The signal to the coil is 5v. 12v could fry the coil driver. Special measuring devices are needed when you are getting into that level of diagnosis. However, you need to look at your fuses. There is a big ass one in the middle of the fuse box, the one under the hood next to the battery, that is the battery fuse. That one blew when I replaced my motor last, not sure why. Just did. Also, verify all your grounds are correct and you can find the troubleshooting procedures in the FSM at this site, How To Use NICOclub.com?s Factory Service Manual Database.
