Without knowing more about the swap that was previously done, we can only guess. Someone put an older motor in there, if the original harness is intact, you should be able to put a Low Port back in without too much extra hassle, it's just a matter of repositioning the harness. If harness modifications were made though, you're not really going to know until you get in there to see what you're dealing with.
The injector harness is pretty much all you need to be concerned about as to the differences in the wiring. Air intake plumbing would be slightly different, but that's more manageable.
