Guys first of all, it's overwhelming to me to see the people on this forum coming together like this. I can't believe how awesome you all are being for a guy you've never met. Believe me when I say I'm really blown away and overjoyed to see there are still people in the world who have hearts like this.

I just got off the phone with Marksr20 (marshtuning) and I gotta say, I'm impressed with his professionalism and candor relating to the whole thing. He wanted to get both sides of the story, and was totally amicable on the phone. Makes total sense why the guy is in charge of sales at Marsh, I didn't feel judged or treated unfairly in the slightest, and he made telling my side really comfortable. That said, some stuff came up during the conversation which I'm admittadly excited about - nice to have that feeling again, being such a hard christmas this year.
