unknown for the moment. I will say that we believe that these should be at least as good as S2000 coils.

The part numbers are for the 1zz engines. This includes the Celica, Corrolla, and Vibe. I will edit my posts above with the models they can be found on.

1zz coils will not work in a fwd sr20. The coil is too short. Although it may bolt into a 20v VC, it will not make contact with the spark plug. These would work well only in a RWD configuration.

They make contact just fine for me in a fwd det motor length wise. There are three or more different coils for the matrix, corolla and celica.

You will always have to use a 20V valve cover for these coils to bolt in...fwd or rwd. A rwd and fwd motor spark plug lenght from the top is always the same.

The only difference in the spark plug wells is the diameter of the wells. The rwd is larger than the fwd. The toyota coils although still fit in the fwd smaller diameter well.

@LANCESR20 Granted they fit, but they are not long enough. Unless you are using a coil that is longer version. The part numbers supplied are for the coils that are the same length as the rwd sr20det coils, which are too short for fwd application. If you can take a measurement for me, that would be great. Ill post what I have.

In my case, these are about 1/2" too short.
