re-manufactured brake booster in. what a ****ing pain in the ass. fitting my 205 pound ass under the dash board was a ****ing blast in the blazing sun to boot. just have to bleed the calipers and pray to god this did the trick.

if it does, time to get tuned, two step .

wow seems like we all have some sort of problem with our cars...i still face the hesitation problem *shrug* owell haha

i dnt think there is much more to replace .....ill check in with my shop owner i work at tomorrow

just an idea...have you tried to clean up the rotors with some sort of fluid....like brake cleaner?.....i doubt it would help but never hurts to spray it up to make sure the rotors are cleaned up good

Sounds like you are not getting any vacuum assist. How is the line to the booster?

^ well the nx now has a brand new mc and bb so thats out of the equation.

had the car up on jack stands since we coulding get into my boys shop (new lock on the gate and he didnt have the key). found the the passenger rear caliper is bad, you can hold down the break peddle and still spin the wheel. also my front passenger hub needs a new bearing.

If you still have problems after fitting the new caliper, what about the balance valve on the firewall? Granted, not even i'd put this down as much of a culprit for your symptoms, but i think you've replaced just about everything else!

FSM bleeding order is LR, RF, RR, LF but that's for a RHD Euro B13, so you'd need to ammend for the LHD situation.

Also consider elevating the car at either the front or rear when bleeding. There are some Euro Fords that have the MC at such an angle that this needs to be done when swapping the MC to ensure all the air is purged, with the ideal situation being bench bleeding it before install.

Best of luck man, this has been going on too long!

Edit* You're car doesn't have ABS does it?

Double edit* Have you had someone press the brake pedal in the car while you watch the servo and MC in the engine bay to assess the flex in the assembly?

what is the balance valve ?? are you refering to the check (one way) valve ?

i didnt have anyone stare down the servo and mc but my calipers were deff flexing up and moving in and out durning the pumping for the bleeding process.

no abs.

thanks.

Nope, not the check valve, see pic below.

At least the non-ABS simplifies things.

Get someone to pump the pedal with the engine running and see how much the entire booster/MC assembly flexes up and down. Hopefully not much!
