had the car up on jack stands since we coulding get into my boys shop (new lock on the gate and he didnt have the key). found the the passenger rear caliper is bad, you can hold down the break peddle and still spin the wheel. also my front passenger hub needs a new bearing.
stratton.
If you still have problems after fitting the new caliper, what about the balance valve on the firewall? Granted, not even i'd put this down as much of a culprit for your symptoms, but i think you've replaced just about everything else!
FSM bleeding order is LR, RF, RR, LF but that's for a RHD Euro B13, so you'd need to ammend for the LHD situation.
Also consider elevating the car at either the front or rear when bleeding. There are some Euro Fords that have the MC at such an angle that this needs to be done when swapping the MC to ensure all the air is purged, with the ideal situation being bench bleeding it before install.
Best of luck man, this has been going on too long!
Edit* You're car doesn't have ABS does it?
Double edit* Have you had someone press the brake pedal in the car while you watch the servo and MC in the engine bay to assess the flex in the assembly?
