a/c parts interchangeability
I ditched my a/c in my b14 sentra a while back, now i'm wanting it back. It's become my daily driver, and I can't take the heat.

I plan to go to the u pull, but i don't want to waste money on parts that won't work. The odds of finding a b14 sr20 are slim, so i'm wondering if any b13 (sr20/ga16) or b14 1.6 parts would work. Or g20 parts, g20's are the most plentiful in the u pull.

I need everything, lines, compressor, condenser, evaporator.

Let me know if any of you guys have any ideas on what will work and what won't work.

As far as I know, it's all different, but check with Greg V. I sold my lines, but I've got a 98 compressor and condenser if you need it.

If the compressor bolted up to the mount you could probably make the rest of the crap work since it's an isolated system?? It might take some custom work wiring or something but I see no reason why it shouldn't work (though it might be a bit different than the OEM one). As long as the compressor mounts and the lines connect up you should be able to find a way.

I have a complete A/C setup sitting in my garage, It came off of a 1.6 but everything is in the same spot and it should work. It was blowing cold when i took it out so i know everything is good. Let me know if you are interested and i can get some pics to you.

Yeah, since you need the entire system that may be a good option. A 95-97 should be much easier to find.
