I am thinking I will try it.I already have the parts ...so we will see.
I guess I will be stuck with it,if I don't like it.
I dont see myself switching it back to power with the motor in,thats for sure. Thanks everyone for the input.

Anyone notice the tie rod ends are different on the manual rack?
I need to put a new pair on before I install the rack.

I like my Power steering rack with no power steering. Its not hard to steer at all. YOu just have to learn to keep the car moving slightly while you steer at low speeds.

I dont mind the steering when I am moving, like over 30-40,but it is still like driving a bus at less than 20mph(parking.etc.)
All together,my Lightweight flywheel,JWT/HDSS clutch and no power steering makes parking lots a little tricky.
I would guess that autocrossing with it would really stink. It is hard to go from hard left to hard right quickly, and you have to use two hands.(I have some slow s-turns and switchbacks in my neighborhood)

You need the racks, with tierod ends and the u-joint to swap onto your steering shaft(they are different).Bushings, and mounting hardware.
You will have to search it for more info.
I bought mine here from a member as a complete package .

Glad to see this post getting some feedback finally.Anyone in Central FL got a car with a manual Rack?
I would like to take a drive.
