Lol I never get some some people have such issues with cables. My b13 had 180, 000 miles on the oem cable till I swapped it out because it felt stiff. I put a new one in and never had an issue. I totaled the car, saved the cable for my new b13, and srill no issues lol. I agree about hydraulic though. Awesome upgrade

Do you have one of Miko's bracket or did you do the cable mod with the washers?
Either way hydraulic is not a bad idea to upgrade to.

Sounds like you popped a spring. All that racing.

Do you regularly lube your cable?

The car has been sitting in the garage since January.. not much racing going on.. in fact it's moved about 6 miles in the last 60 days.. are you referring to the clutch disc springs? If so that would be a first, I've had a bunch of B15 discs and never had a problem in I think three other SR20's

Yeah at first I thought you meant the cable at the pedal then I realized you meant the disc and edited. If so that would be the first time a B15 disc failed on me. Only one way to find out.

P.S. if that's the case I'll go with a different disc this time. Maybe a whole kit. the ACT PP has about 10k on it. And we know the life of those.
