I'll put wd40 later and ill try to rotate it again, otherwise ill open the head and check the chain and the tensioner

Engine oil does the job perfectly, if possible clear the piston/cylinder out with some compressed air, a long blow nossle has worked wonders for me. Did you rotate the engine before re-installing by chance? Trans in neutral while attempting to rotate the engine?

That my mistake, i forgot to rotate the pulley before attaching the tranny

Another Crank problem
If the transmission is in neutral, the transmission shaft runs purely on the pilot bearing while it idles, maybe the transmission is bound. How was it stored?

Again....was the motor stored without oil?

Can you move the wheels in neutral?

Have you ever use this transmission before?

Pulled off the engine and tranny.
Seperated the tranny with the motor, still pulley cant move.
Seperated the head from the block, still pulley cant move.
Im gonna open the block and take a look what happen down the shit!

Oh that sucks man

Take your time maybe the bearings are rusted or something.. maybe spray the journals with pb blaster or some kinda penetrating lube.

are you using anything besides a stock VE crank pulley/timing cover?? Just a thought. Take the crank pulley off and try and rotate the engine (put the bolt back in the crank)
