Thread: Tranny ss digital output?

I need to know for sure if the Electronic Speed Sensor puts out a digital signal. I have a RackPac IQ3 Dash incorporated with a Haltech E8 and the Haltech will only accept a digital input to display through the dash. I already bought the Haltech Hall Sensor (which is a 3 wire) but I’m wondering if I can bypass this and hookup the Nissan SS (2 Wire) directly into the Haltech.

IIRC it is an analog output, AC current.

Bummer. Guess I'll make the bracket for the Hall sensor
