Did this crop up after the tune-up? Where'd you get your cap and rotor? I got a cheap ass cap and rotor from Advance Auto and had similar issues. Turned out to be a defective cap, right out of the box. Spring/nipple thingy on the underside would not contact the rotor properly. Luckily the old pieces were still in the garbage can. I re-installed and figured it out quickly.
If you still have the old cap and rotor put them back on, one at a time, rotor first and see if the problem goes away. If you do not still have them order Genuine Nissan bits and proceed.
