I don't care about the looks, its behind the fender anyways. I'd be interested in USA quality parts @bronzed88b12

Mounted options would either be a weld-in plate with threaded holes for M8 bolts (what I'd recommend) or through bolts that would sit next to the top of the shocks on the inside of the shock tower

It would use the same size tubing thus i could order it in bulk and assemble it for the group buy. i could even powder coat them if rustolium isnt good enough .

OK nevermind then.
You guys got this.
Let me know how it works out.
Maybe I will buy one in your group buys when ever you get them made for sale.
I could have went to a handful of local places or had a buddy make them, but time is an issue for me right now.
I needed as set asap for my car because the fenders are off right now to get ready for paint.Thats why I ordered a set (today, actually)for 150 shipped.

As for Ethics....Really???
Anyone who knows me knows I would much rather support a forum member making these, but both guys who did this in the past are no longer making them.I even put up a wanted thread for these with ZERO repliesNobody has offered to make a set for me,you guys just have a set you made for yourself ,or "ideas" to make these.
I was trying to help us get another vendor on here that actually already makes quality parts for our cars.Oh,I forgot,we have so many parts available for our cars,we dont need any more

I am sure that you guys can build these, and obviously you have @wildmane,(and they look like they will do the job)but that doesnt help me right now. They look good, and maybe I would buy a set if you made more. Can you make these and have them powedercoated for less than 150 shipped?
Not cool to come derail this groupbuy for other who are interested, but whatever. I wasnt doing this for my benefit,it was for the forum.

So if someone wants the un-ethical Ultra Racing stuff,it can be found on ebay.I am done with this.
I will keep an eye out for these new products from you, made here in the USA.

It would be more ethical to start a thread of your own, instead of using mine.
There is a process involved in doing a group buy.
Step one is actually have a product....or at least a prototype.
I was simply trying to get us a better price on something already available.
Dont get me wrong....I am glad to see some members step up and make more stuff....its just not the way to go about it when its just as easy to start your own thread.

I think that would definitely be possible. Maybe I'll whip up something a little nicer sometime in the short term and make a new thread about it
