removing drivers side axle, what must be taken off?
hi all i got a pretty good idea but am lost on the sway bar end link and outer tie rod. the how to i am looking at says to remove the nuts and then swing the spindle out of the way. will this give me enough room to change the axle, and can i leave the caliper bolted to the spindle? thanks all just trying to be the most efficient i can on my first attempt. take care.

All I have done to remove the axles from my B13 and B14 is remove the two 17mm bolts and nuts holding the strut to the knuckle.

EDIT: And unclip the brake line to swing it out of the way! Thanks Jay.

As Kyle says you should prob be able to get it out just removing the 2 bolts on the strut, but if you feel like you need more room popping the tie rod out should give you plenty. Don't need to mess with caliper

What Kyle said, except, you do also need to unclip the brakeline from its bracket to get it to swing far enough to get the axle out.
No need to mess with tierods,or calipers or anything else.
