Damn, sounds like a awesome company.. surprised they would do that!

Me too. It took a bit of um, "convincing" though. They looked up the car I ordered the wheels for, and apparently pulled the phone convo to make sure I didn't really order them for something else - and the sales rep got in trouble, I think. not my intention, but they did send the wrong lugs and ruined my studs. They went on easy at first but then got really tough, and it didn't dawn on me that they were the wrong size til they were stripped by using a really big torque wrench, but yeah they took care of me

Thats from them ramming them on with a gun and not hand threading them first. People get cocky when they do things repetitively and they think they can get them straight every time. NO! I always hand start lugs first to prevent that kind of thing from happening. Its their fault. While not an expensive fault, its still their fault and they should at the very least pay for the parts. I would not let them do the work though. F that.

Wow def surprised they followed through, There are some good companies still out there that wont instantly play off a mistake they made.

I hear ya Ashton, I knew it was there fault.. This was my girlfirends car if it were mine I would rather do the work myself and have them reimburse me. Everything is fine now you live and you learn.
