Good eye on the relay box zip tie. For some reason the car's stock battery tray is missing, which I guess the relay box is supposed to attach to like it would on my B13 SE-R. That's one of the things I need to try and find for it! But absolutely, $900 for a completely functional 200SX SE-R is a great deal! First step is to get the proper ECU for it and then go from there. I don't "need" this car for quite some time anyway, so it will be fun to chip away at it in my spare time!

Shakedown: Runs awesome, handles awesome, LSD is plenty strong and everything works. First step is to buy the correct ECU and that should solve the CEL problem. After that, I'll just chip away at refreshing the car over the next few months in my spare time, fix anything that needs repairs. This will become my winter car for this winter, and most likely my permanent daily driver as I intend to strip the B13's interior over the winter and start working on a roll cage. I'd drive the B13 like that year-round if it weren't for the salt!

Given that they are compatible from high-port to the later low-port SR20 engine, maybe I'll swap those sweet headers over to the B13 and put the stock manifold on the 200SX so I can continue to run that in Stock Class racing stuff!

What happened to the se-r wheels?

Previous owner before my friend must have swapped the B13 SE-R wheels on for some reason! That's okay by me, at least they're a OEM Nissan wheel! That means I now have four sets of Nissan 14'' alloys in total. (Three B13 SE-R and one NX2000 set)

Just a little bit skinnier are the B13 SE-R wheels vs the rest (B14 SE-R, NX wheels). (5.5" vs 6" width)

My first SE-R was a teal 96. Great cars, I want another 200.

I am currently looking for the correct ECU, and based on the information linked above can get:

1996 G20 manual ECU (A18-F15 C54)
or 200SX SR20DE manual ECU (JA18-B88 BE1 or JA18-G03 B47)

I am also looking to sell the one that the car currently has, (Ja18-k11 br8) which is for a 1998+ Sentra.

You definitely want the G20 ECU. The 200sx ecu has a 7100rpm rev limit and you will get very tired of hitting it. Trust me.

So A18-F15 C54 it is. Thanks for the heads up! I'll have to dig around a bit as it seems like the only ones on eBay right now are the automatic version (A18-F16-C55), but I'm not exactly in a rush so I'll be able to hold out for one.

Auto tranny ECU will work but throws CEL. As mentioned MY 94-96 G20 all work.

Look for u-pull-it scrap yards and try online salvage yards. When I lived in Oregon I would pay $27 for these ECUs.
