Which clutch pedal for B13 hydraulic conversion?
There is a lot of information on cable to hydraulic clutch conversion but most seems to deal with a B14 and involve cutting and welding to get the pedal to sit right.

It seems a 95-99 Maxima or Altima pedal may work best in a B13. Keo has mentioned the Altima pedal in several threads. I've pulled an Altima pedal from the junk yard and it looks like the pedal may sit right.

The most recent information is here:

Here is a quote from minair, in that thread, regarding the Maxima pedal:

"just a heads up, you do not have to cut the spacer off the firewall with this pedal. it actually completely bolts right up with zero modifications..the longer clutch master adjuster that comes with the maxima master cylinder allows the spacer on the firewall to work.. in fact on a b13 the upper bolt hole is used just like the stock pedal. it will all bolt right up as long as you trim the pinch to clear the master cylinder. for those who don't want to trim the pinch, you can use a b15 master which brings the reservoir out from the tight corner..just have to remove the studs from master by turning them counter clockwise and drill the holes slightly larger to slide master back over the bolts like the original maxima master cylinder."

And this one sentence statement from jus-det-luv " I used 96 Altima pedal and it bolts up like stock "

I was hoping to get some input from guys who have done the conversion on a B13 using either an Altima or Maxima pedal.

How does the pedal sit height/angle wise compared to stock? Which clutch master cylinder did you use? What modifications did you need to make?

I have a P11 tranny on the way so it's the right time to upgrade to hydraulic. I just don't want to hack apart my nice B13 when people with more experience have figured out how to do a professional type conversion.
