Clutch Arm Snapped
Having an issue with a b14. The clutch arm snapped, not sure if I can remove the arm without pulling the tranny if thats possible. Heres a pic.

Nope the tranny has to come out.

Cable was overtightened. You need to move the clutch cable mount point back toward firewall. You will have to pull the trans to do it.

Yep, pull the trans. Ive broken the fork itself but never the arm.

Ive seen some people weld a brace across the bottom of it to help strengthen it.

But if you have everything lubed correctly and cable adjusted right, you shouldnt ever have that problem

looks like a trans job for you... I welded extra metal in that area to avoid crap like that

It's my boys car, cable was over tightened probably why it snapped. Trannys coming out tonight. Anyone know where a new arm could be ordered from?

I got mine at the nissan dealership. Parts dept here is pretty good.

Been there done that...get it welded. It'll never snap again. That's what I did.
