Bad Throw out bearing? Help!
Facts: Less than 5000 miles on Fidanza Flywheel/ACT HDSS
Clutch seems to not fully engage
Car shifts into any gear
Clutch engagement point/pressure "feel" the same
When I let out the clutch completely in first gear without giving the car gas, it does not stall.
It crawls in first and reverse when I do give it gas and let the clutch out.

How it happened: Shifted from 1st to 2nd and the car wouldn't engage

Now why I'm assuming its the throw out bearing because when the clutch kit and flywheel were installed in November of 2012, the throw out bearing made noises when the clutch is engaged and disappeared when disengaged. We brought it back and was told it is natural because it is aftermarket and owner blamed his worker for maybe not putting enough lubricant. I did further research and read that ACT doesn't make very good TO bearings and it is normal for it to make noise. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I do blame myself for not knowing that ahead of time. However, now that the car won't move I can no longer hear the throw out bearing noises at all. What could be wrong?

Ironically I just thought of that as well, I will try to do so as soon as I can. It's raining out here right now, thanks for the advice.

tob clips are not attached to the clutch fork. You could also have a pressure plate or disc issue. All of these things will cause the clutch not to dis engauge you need to pull the tranny to tell.

Cause of problem: Snapped passenger axle

Now I've decided to just go with Autozone or Advance auto lifetime warranty axles for the cost. However, as far as axle seals, what do you guys think? Any experience with aftermarket axle seals? OEM axle seals $20 for both sides and $10 shipping from Courtesy Nissan.
