Car starts up, Idles, Sputters, then shuts off??
So my 98 200sx SE-R turns over, then idles for a bit (it's idled for a few seconds sometimes, then a couple minutes other times) then will sputter and kick off. Also, if i give it gas when it is idleing it stalls aswell. Not sure as to what the issue might be. The EGR is blocked off...I'm not sure if it's a fuel issue or a vacuum issue. I'm leaning towards a fuel issue because of the fact that when I give it gas it stalls but i'm not sure...any ideas??

I'm not really familiar with the vacuum system so I don't really know what that means haha, but this is what I have:

This hooked up to:

This because the diagram shows it:

is this what you were trying to tell me? If so then yes that's what i have it hooked up to.

Here is my iacv...is there supposed to be something around it to hook a vacuum line to?

Did the car sit inside a garage where the temperature was somewhat controlled or was it outside in the heat/cold?

Well I know how New England weather can be.. it's worth a shot.. if you narrow down all these other things and nothing works, you could try siphoning the gas and adding some fresh 92 octane..
