Battery Or Harness Problem?
I have a 96 200sx SE-R. I recently replaced the starter, alternator, new battery, a few fuses, battery cables, and clamps. My problem is, I got the car to finally start, and it ran fine, but as soon as I pulled into my driveway, everything power went dead (windows, radio, tachometer, speedometer etc.), but the car was still running. I shut the car off, and cranked it back up and it started up fine, but still no power to anything. Well today I went back up to crank it, and it doesn't start at all, but it does click when trying to turn it on so it's not the ignition or the starter, I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what did they do to solve it? I got it to work for a second by just making sure all the fuses were connected and the wires were tight, and everything came on for about 10 minutes, and then they all went off and the car died...any ideas?

I'd be grateful for any input...Thanks

Sounds like you know exactly where the problem lies. Fuses or wiring near the fuses. You got a short period of contact and power by 'messing' with the fuses and after the wires went untouched for a while, they went back to their natural resting position and lost contact. Long story short: a break somewhere in the wiring. Or your wiring isn't properly or fully connected to the fuse blocks. Either way, it's the wiring.

Check your grounds, make sure the block has a solid ground, and double check the two grounds behind each headlight. then go to the fuse block and wiggle some wires around individually with someone in the car to see if things turn on and off. Snap apart the main fuse box on the drivers side to see if you notice anything weird. Check the ground from the battery to the chassis and clean both posts on the battery. There is also an 8AWG that goes into the fuse box inside the car, white/red, make sure that is connected too. Also check the ignition switch, they can go bad, i know both of mine are.
