OK, here is the deal, I have spark, fueld and air and still no start and I am confident I had the timing at the right place when I did the cam swap...anyone got any ideas?

Are you flooded? Clear it out.... crank with pedal down for ten seconds and then crank for another fifteen or so.

I went through similar problems when I did my cams. I was dead sure that I had it right on, but found out later it was off by 2 teeth on both cams
Do a compression test and tell us what you get if you get extremely high or extremely low pressure, you're probably off by a tooth or two.

Are you sure the distributor is on right? It's keyed to fit into the exhaust cam one way only, but I've heard of people managing to get it to fit the wrong way.

I almost did that myself, but I noticed the distributor wouldn't go completely in so I took a closer look and flipped it around LOL
