what have you tried to weed out?

i would start with checking

for spark
for fuel
fuel pressure

and go from there. my guess is its not getting either spark or fuel

Got all of that checked out :/
I replaced the spark plugs the starter
checked the dizzy,fuel, spark

Did you pull the distributor and turn it by hand to see if all of the injectors were firing? Also, the battery sounds weak, motor should crank faster than that. You are 100% on the car getting fuel and injectors working as well as spark?

Didn't turn it by hand will do yea and the battery is brand new

doesnt sound like the injectors are firing. use a stethoscope and hear for clicking. the squeak could be injectors trying to work possible weak signal/low batt.

Sounds like this motor was either not running for a while, the last time I heard something very close to this was when me and also a buddy of mines(separate occasion) sucked in water and bent a rod. The noise was coming from the crank counterweight hitting the piston skirt.
Put some marvel oil (cap full) into each cylinder through the spark plugs to lube the rings.

compression test it. might be a valvetrain if more than on cyl has no comp

Did you change anything ,crank pulley?

OUCHHH.. it almost sounds like something mechanical.

For the record, I have been working on SR20's since 1999 and I have NEVER heard that sound before.
