shaking wheel
I changed my right side inner cv boot and now the wheel shakes around 65-70 mph on right curves on the highway. At first I thought I put something on backwards on the cv joint so I pulled it apart to double check and everything looked good. any Ideas on what could be causing the shaking?

it could be the wheel bearing. Also check all the bolts and make sure they are tight.

Double check bolts, check wheel bearing and the little c-clip than fits on the end of the shaft where it goes into the outter cup for the CV Joint.

Make sure you re-torqued the wheel in a X pattern, and make sure in the process of moving the wheels around you didn't lose a wheel weight. I've seen it happen before

after checking everything I found that the outer joint had some play with the shaft. pulled that apart and found the c clip that holds the joint to the shaft was missing. any idea where I could get a replacment? It dosent look like anything is damaged other than the missing clip.

jack the front wheels up and check for any play left right up down. this will indicate some play in the hub/bearing

I did the passenger side. Im mising the spring c clip that holds tbe outer joint onto the shaft, it must have came off when I was pulling it out
