it doesnt sat on if i give it gas....all vacuum lines a good....when i put the ecu in check mode the cel doesnt flash

Hmmm I'm pretty sure you should at least get a 5 5 code if everything is good though, but no flashing at all may be an indication of a problem.? Correct me if I'm wrong..

This is exactly what happens when you install an intake (the A-pipe) and don't correctly re-install the hoses, or one is crimped

Sounds like a vac problem.
Also wen I put my 255lph pump on it would do something similar
