Normal should be around 37-38 w/ vac and 43.5 w/o vac

Also, have you checked for vacuum leaks?

seems like vac leaks to me... make sure everything is either capped, or running to where it should be with new rubber in place. What intake are you using? Is it the stock one? Check for cracks in the stock one where it "ruffles" happens a lot. Also just go ahead and give it a new cap and rotor. What dist. are you using? Give us some more info.

Stock b14 distributor, new cap and rotor, just checked and still perfect condition... Sprayed everywhere trying to find a vacuum leak and nothing, stock intake with pop filter

check al wirees with ecu and cluster. SOunds like my problem i used to have. Cluster had a loose connection, that had speed go back to escu so as it woudl go up it was like i was hitting a wall and bad hesitation. Check all wires.

Get a meter to see if the ecu is firing the injectors, if they are, pull the rail to see if they are spraying fuel, check fuses. Is the pump priming?

fuel pump primes, runs weak on cylinder number 2.... Pull the plugs off 1,3 and 4 and it idles the same but on cylinder number 2 it dies down a little... Going to check compression just to be sure but its a new JDM engine so there shouldn't be a problem... I'm leaning towards some kind of electrical problem seeing as the battery kinda got hit up to the hood while I was driving because the hold down came loose and turned the car off... Been worse ever since then.... Going to check fuses and everything else.. Just picked up my civic and some more tools so I can go work on it on the side of the road =\
