Hesitation like problem?
I just finished my swap the other day (JDM RR) into my b14 and it seems to have a problem... I got a 94 g20 ecu installed in it now and it pulls fine until about 110 then it starts cutting out in 4th and sounding like its kinda misfiring or something while I'm giving it full throttle? Kinda sounds sputtery but keeps picking up speed as fast as my ~100hp 4dr civic
What are some things to check for? I did a 5th gear pull and it pulled to 125 a lot harder than 4th but it still kinda made the sputtery sound, just not as bad...

JDM RR block
old intake mani, distributor, new plugs, cap n rotor, ect ect..

The car sat since 1/25/12 and wasn't started until sunday with a full tank of gas.. I ran through that tank already (it was causing some problems with start up and all that) but all that seems to be good now... I have maybe 5k on the fuel filter but since the gas sat for so long should I be replacing it again?

Nope, new plugs as of today, I drove ~250 miles after the swap on the other plugs and no oil at all on them

nvm, i see the answer to that obvious question.

When was the last tune up?

Damn wy are you going so fast lol ive had my car for 3 years and vvl for almost one year and never gone that fast!!! Maybe check the voltage on everything. injectors and maf? Sometimes when im driving my car makes a sputter sound like it has a exhaust leak, and while doing so it doesnt pull very good. Idk what it is mine does it a low RPM too though

in january, all the parts have maybe ~1k miles on them, MAF is regrounded, I regrounded all the sensors pretty much heh

I replaced cap and rotor, plug wires, plugs & fuel filter before it went down in jan

Now after driving it about 100 miles i got on it in 2nd up a hill and after i took off at the light it was sputtering in all gears... Has a slight misfire as well... It went away but the misfire is still there

egr stuff still there?
whats your fuel pressure.. maybe that pump is on its last leg.

All egr stuff is there, it used to cut out when i would drop a gear and get on it,like stop for a split second then go full power, its doing that again... I dont know the fuel pressure id have to buy the stuff to do it :/

Without the fuel filter there its at 44 when i prime it but after a minute it drops to 0, drops to 20 in about 10 seconds then when i start it its at 32
