***help*** Sr20 b14 clutch issue
Thanks in advance. I have a 95 b14 4 door that is swapped with a 2k RR de, b13 LSD tranny, solid motor mounts, intake, and a g20 ecu

Bought the car needing a throw out bearing. Like an idiot I bought a used clutch kit off my buddy. Bit me in the ass a few days later, springs in clutch busted. This was attempt 1

Attempt 2. Ordered a BRAND new clutch kit, installed everything correctly, used alignment tool, put grease were the throw out bearing slides. Torqued PP down to 22 lbs as it stats for torque. (17-22lbs) 3 days after. Clutch busted. resulting with this.

Attempt 3!!! I figured defected clutch, ordered it again, installed and a day after it shits the bed again. Smh, making the same noise it was the 2nd time it busted.

My question is, "any idea why? Bad tranny? Solid motor mounts maybe?

The correct clutch kit is being ordered, correct fluid an amount is being poured in. Idk, help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Was told since the swap cam from an automatic, they possibly didn't swap the pilot bearing in. Maybe that's it

Pilot bearing is not a factor. Tranny input shaft is not long enough to reach into it.

I'm not to sure what is the factor, but what I am sure of is that I am done with the b14 and I will be selling it as is. I'll do a posting in the for sale section tonight
